GREG McFLYNN
Greg was born and raised in Hastings. He completed a Bachelor of Surveying degree (with credit) from the University of Otago in 2002, is qualified as a Licensed Cadastral Surveyor and is a member of the New Zealand Institute of Surveyors and the Consulting Surveyors of New Zealand.
Surveying has seen Greg work in NZ, the UK and Qatar on a wide variety of projects; both large and small. After gaining valuable experience both overseas and then several years surveying in the Waikato, he returned to Hawkes Bay in 2013 with his young family and is loving the Hawkes Bay lifestyle and helping his clients achieve their goals.

ANGELA McFLYNN
Angela holds a Master’s degree in Resource and Environmental Planning from Massey University. She has over 18 years practical experience in planning, working in consultancies and District Councils.
Angela has wide ranging experience in preparing and processing resource consent applications, including complex multi-lot subdivisions and residential developments, commercial and industrial activities. Through her varied experience she has developed a strong understanding of the Resource Management Act and planning processes. She is able to simplify and streamline the resource consent process for clients. Angela is a member of the Resource Management Law Association and an accredited RMA hearings commissioner.

Cayleb McFlynn-Rautao
Cayleb began with us in 2017, at first on a part time basis and since 2023 on a full time basis. His attention to detail and strong work ethic make him a valuable member of the team. In 2023 he began study towards a Diploma in Surveying, and he is developing good experience in topographic surveying, cadastral surveying and building set-outs. Cayleb was raised in Hawke’s Bay and enjoys the opportunity to work where he calls home.
